This text describes the conditions of use and the details of confidentiality policy required and expected to be known by the User/Users intending to use the web site of "GÖBEKLİTEPE" project.
The following definitions of terms are important for use of the website at the address of http://www.zeropointintime.com

Accordingly:

"Law no. 5651" refers to and stands for the Law on Publications in Internet Environment and on Fight Against Crimes Perpetrated Through These Publications; and
"Law no. 6698" refers to and stands for the Law on Protection of Personal Data; and "DOĞUŞ GROUP" refers to and stands for Doğuş Holding A.Ş., being the owner of the Site; and
"CIAW" abbreviation refers to and stands for the Code of Intellectual and Artistic Works no. 5846; and
"Personal Data" refers to and stands for all kinds of information regarding an identified or identifiable natural person; and
"User:" and/or "Users" refer to and stand for either natural persons who share their personal data and enter into communication with us with their express assents and consents by filling in the communication forms given in the Site, or natural persons who only visit the Site without sharing their personal data with us; and
"Site" refers to and stands for the web site at the address of http://www.zeropointintime.com.

Conditions of Use

By visiting this Site, the User and/or Users will be deemed to have acknowledged, accepted and declared that Doğuş Group or any affiliated group company or their employees, directors, successors and assigns may in no case be held legally or criminally liable for any pecuniary or non-pecuniary damages, or any other consequential damages, losses or costs suffered by any of them due to any text, information, comment, opinion, news, image, picture, drawing, graph or other contents contained in the Site and belonging either to Doğuş Group or to any third party individuals or entities, or to interruption, delay or false publication of such contents, or to use of these contents or to the results of decisions taken in reliance upon such contents, or to their failure to read the conditions of use of the Site or to their failure in complying with these conditions of use, albeit having read the same, and also that the accuracy and/or adequacy of the data and information contained in the Site are by no means warranted by Doğuş Group.

Furthermore, the User and/or Users hereby acknowledge, accept and declare that Doğuş Group or any affiliated group companies or their employees, directors, successors and assignees may in no case be held legally or criminally liable for insertion of Doğuş Group and/or Göbeklitepe logo or web site pages in another web site, or for use of any data or information to be obtained through any contents that may be uploaded by third parties or visitors to the web site, or for any contents not triggering any liability due to use of internet within the frame of general applications.

In addition, the User and/or Users hereby acknowledge, accept and declare that Doğuş Group will at all times have the right to unilaterally revise, amend or update the Web Site Conditions of Use or the Confidentiality Policy, and accordingly, give their consent in advance to all kinds of revisions and amendments that may be made therein.

The User and/or Users are expected and required to read these Web Site Conditions of Use and the Confidentiality Policy before starting to use the Site. The User and/or Users hereby irrevocably acknowledge, accept and declare that they will strictly comply with all provisions of these Web Site Conditions of Use and the Confidentiality Policy, and that in the case of any dispute or allegation or claim regarding the details hereof, Istanbul Çağlayan Courts and Execution Offices shall have jurisdiction thereon, and that both the contents of the Site and all electronic media and computer records belonging to Doğuş Group will be considered and treated as final, sole and prima facie evidence within the meaning ascribed thereto by Article 193 of the Turkish Civil Procedures Code.

Points to Consider Pursuant to CIAW and the Law no. 5651

The User and/or Users hereby represent and warrant that the Site may contain links providing the opportunity to access to any other web sites or contents, and that neither such links nor their accuracy or adequacy are under control of Doğuş Group, and that Doğuş Group does not support or sponsor these other sites by any means or aspects whatsoever, nor does Doğuş Group warrant the accuracy of information contained therein, and for this reason, Doğuş Group can by no means be held liable for contents of these other sites, and accordingly, Doğuş Group disclaims any liability for any pecuniary or non-pecuniary damages or consequential damages, losses or costs that may arise out of use of such other sites.

It is also declared, acknowledged and accepted by the User and/or Users that the Site may contain any text, information, comment, opinion, news, image, picture, drawing, graph or other materials and contents belonging either to Doğuş Group or to any third party individuals or entities, and that Doğuş Group owns and holds all kinds of legal rights and interests granted by the Code of Intellectual and Artistic Works on the said materials, and that these items cannot be copied, modified, reproduced, published, sold or let for use or intervened without a prior consent of Doğuş Group.

Confidentiality Policy

This Confidentiality Policy contains and reflects our policy regarding your personal data shared with us in the course of our provision of services with regard to and through our site at the address of http://www.zeropointintime.com.

Acquisition and Processing of your Personal Data

The User and/or Users are hereby deemed to have acknowledged in advance that their personal data such as name, surname and e-mail address to be shared by them in http://www.zeropointintime.com site in order to contribute to Göbeklitepe project are disclosed by them to the Site entirely with their own will and volition and their express assent pursuant to the provisions of articles 5/f.1 and 6/f.2 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data no. 6698, and that such data are demanded from them for the sake of sharing of comments and opinions with regard to Göbeklitepe Project, and with a view to keeping the Users informed about the Site activities and innovations therein. In addition, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that whenever you visit the Site, as a hosting service provider, we are going to process your traffic data pursuant to article 2/f.1.j of the Law no. 5651.

Security and Transfer of your Personal Data and Use of your Rights on your Personal Data

All of your personal data and information shared with us will be kept in strict confidence in the database maintained by Doğuş Group and will by no means be shared with third parties for commercial purposes in accordance with article 12 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data no. 6698. Doğuş Group may share said personal data only with its group companies or with public institutions or administrations authorized to request and retrieve such data as a legal requirement and only in reliance upon a prior express assent of the Users with a view to offering value added services, opportunities and means to the Users and enhancing the quality of its services. Accurate and Up-to-date Storage of Your Personal Data

It is important for us to note that you are aware of the fact that the accuracy and currency of your personal data shared with us are important for you to being able to use your rights granted by the Law no. 6698 and other relevant applicable laws and regulations. Deletion, Destruction and Anonymization of your Personal Data

Your personal data processed for the purposes cited in these Web Site Conditions of Use and in the Confidentiality Policy Document will be anonymized and be continued to be used by us when the purpose requiring the processing of data is no more in vigor pursuant to the provisions of 1st paragraph of article 7 of the Law no. 6698, and upon expiration of the periods of time envisaged by the applicable laws as per article 138 of the Turkish Criminal Code.
